[Theory] Shanks, a potential final villain ? He wants to be the PK ?

Ok, so I just remembered a scene when Shanks said something,it will be very short.

First, there are some rumors who said that the One Piece is the hat.
I think, it can be true, and logical. So Luffy is theorically already PK, no ?

But then that scene came back in my head :

S, theorically, if the One Piece is the hat, and Shanks said him to give it back to him when they meet (probably before Luffy become the PK), so Shanks would potentially become the PK again ? He wants to be.

Is it possible that they can fight for the great title ? And Shanks become the final villain.

There's a little hole in my theory, why did Shanks gave Luffy the hat if this one is the One Piece ? Surely for Luffy to become stronger, because he said GREAT Pirate, so maybe when Luffy will already be the PK, he will give the hat back ? And that's the hole

Some will think this is a shitty theory, it's not a really solid thoery tbh but I just wanted to tell you guys about this, so what do you think ?​

I don't think the hat is the One Piece. Not Oda's style. It would be something surprising. I wouldn't call shanks a villain but I believe that Luffy will have a friendly match with him just to test his powers.

I strongly disagree. So just having the hat makes you pirate king? what good is a king if no one acknowledges you as king? I'm a huge shanks fan but I don't see him as being or becoming pirate king and the hat is just something that's been passed down over the generations. I remember someone pointing the straw hat out way back in Nolands era, which was way before the piracy age. The Hat is most likely in relation to those with strong will and the origin of D rather than being one piece,

I admit having dabbled with the idea of shanks being a antagonist myself a while back. But shanks is just the perfectly ideal pirate luffy has and wants to be. Blackbeard on the other hand is the perfect antagonist to luffy.

It'll be a bad twist of event if Shanks is the final villain. I mean, Luffy has been looking up to him so much.
And i personally doubt the hat is part of One Piece. Roger has it since the very beginning of his pirating voyage.
