In terms of power: yeah, she is. Not a strong character in the slightest, one of the weakest from K11, barely on par with her Part 1 cousin. :/

In terms of relevance to the story: no, she's not. A character that is currently the wife of the title character and is the main character in a movie cannot be a fodder. ((Still, this only happened after 699 chapters, in which she was close to completely irrelevant)).
