[Question] Curious member over here about bans

First of all, Hello NB members.

Here I want to ask about ban.

I saw many members got banned either temporary ban or perma ban

But here I want know about temporary ban.

What made me curious is I got banned before 2 times, but I cant create a thread or posting a reply.

And I saw other members that got banned also, but they can create a thread or posting a reply.

What kind of ban that still allow members to create a thread or posting a reply like normal and what kind of ban that block all access until ban period is expire?

OT:when you're banned you're banned you can't make threads or use the site in general ,you're probably talking about infractions

A ban restricts all access to the forum. There isn't one that allows you to post or whatever.

I dont think ban allows posting thread

A ban restricts all access to the forum. There isn't one that allows you to post or whatever.

Its because I saw bolt rules had BAR on his name but he still able to reply, sometime I saw blazingizanagi or Awkward Linguist or Madaras Legs pasting while got BAR on their profile name.

I also got infractions before but never had my name got BAR like them, until I'm got banned.

You've seen their posts BEFORE they got banned.

And you need 3 infractions for a ban. A single infractions doesn't restrict your forum access.
