All of them are more or less Vice Admiral level, but if we add Laws DF Iintp the mix it gives them a winning chance. Team 1 in scen 1.
In Scen 2, team 2 if they take out Law first. I think they'll win even if they don't, but with a much higher diff.

Ok, Rayleigh, 2nd hand to the SN, was stated to be a 100x stonger than all of them combined. Now Garp, one = to Roger, would probably be more. I don't see how 2 yrs can make someone 100x stronger, so i say Garp takes this

Nope. Garp and Sengoku's level of power is gonna put their Haki on the level where Law currently can't cut them. Doflamingo is weaker than both of these men, and none of what you're saying has worked on Doflamingo, so it's not gonna work on them. Garp and Sengoku's level is gonna be way above Law's, it stands to reason they can rush him and us their speed to kick his ass before he can utter "Ro-"

Powerscaling puts them above characters like Law, Doflamingo and Luffy, which means their speed would be on a whole other level than theirs.

Doflamingo confirmed that strong enough Haki would render Law's cutting power null, it goes without saying these two men, who are part of the top of the top tier will have Haki that will allow them to ignore Law's cutting power.

The second bold, I shouldn't and don't even have to explain. Doflamingo just lopped off Law's arm and has been only superfluously injured so far. Garp and Sengoku, who are both ahead of him by powerscaling, ain't gonna be defeated by Law.

What's this powerscaling? WB is easily the strongest man but he is certainly not faster than Kizaru or Luffy Gear 2 so Garp and Sengoku ain't blitzing Law unless you can show me some blitzing feats from them

Not just because they're "top tier" they automatically have the haki that can stop Law's cutting power

Law can't keep up with their speed ,his haki isn't even on their level yet ,and sengoku was shitstomping the whole blackbeard crew Lol they probably has a better chance defeating garp than sengoku
