You didn't tho. There's nothing stopping obito from nurturing 2 new sets to get ems, given how many 3t sharingan he has.
Itachi's story already covered the "blood relative " bs that you tried pulling.

EMS is achieved by swap of MSs. Nurturing new sets implies living another emotional drama, which is hardly possible for cold person Obito has become.

So by taking itachi's eyes he should have gotten EMS and left kamui back.

Blood relatives isnt covered, as i said those who tried, never even gotten MS, they were killing their brethren and taking 3ts, how you expect it to work?

with 3t you learn how to get MS and control kyuubi. Like literally everyone had 3t.(bar females cuz u know... Kishi don't give a fck bout them) And everyone knew how Madara got ems.

But Obito with his own DMS sure had very powerful Kamui
