Scenario 1: Hokage Kakashi vs Base Gai

Scenario 2: 3 Tomoe War Arc Kakashi vs Gai (can go up to Sixth Gate)

Scenario 1 goes to Gai high difficulty.
Scenario 2 goes to Gai mid difficulty.
Scenario 3 goes to Gai low difficulty since 7th Gate Gai is far too fast for Kamui's warping speed and Gai kills him with Hirudora.
Scenario 4 goes to Kakashi low difficulty. Rikudou enhanced PS tanks Gai's attacks and intangibility trolls him anyway. Gai lacks the durability to tank PS attacks.
