How strong is juubi tbb at max full power?

Multi-city level/small country level at best. Attacks, that should be far more powerful, only seem to extend its effect across a country (and doesn't necessarily destroy anything outside of the immediate area)

I haven't seen the movie yet. Waiting for the US release, trying to avoid all spoilers.

I don't know what attack Toneri used but everyone is saying he cut the moon in half so I'll assume its not an explosive attack like TBB so their natures are not the same. I do know that Juubi Max TBB is not continent level like people are claiming. 4 of the 5 great countries along with several other countries are a part of one continent in the narutoverse and no way in hell is the Jubbi Max TBB is blowing all that up, especially since we saw it explode.

As long as cutting and explosion result in the same kinetic energy, then both can be scaled equally.

You do know that an attack can be a continent or a country lvl without having an country aoe, right?

Jubbis max TBB is small country level. Its not blowing up the earth fire lightning or wind country. It might not even blow up the water one. Very small countries will get blown up but nothing big.

The Quad Juubi TBB is at most Continent Level. Moon level is a massive stretch.
