The 2015 edition of Jump Festa is now over. The annual expo held by Shueisha (company behind Naruto, DBZ, Bleach, and One Piece manga) in Japan played host to many exciting events, including the ability for expo-goers to experience Bandai Namco Games and CyberConnect2′s latest Naruto game, Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 (or just Naruto Storm 4 for short)! The demand was extremely high with wait times of up to 200 minutes, as can be seen in the image of a sign by CyberConnect2 from the event below. That’s fans waiting in line for more than three hours to experience a demo boss battle of Hashirama Senju vs Madara Uchiha. The thirst was certainly real!
As far as we know, fans were not allowed to take pictures or record video of the game, however, Bandai Namco and CyberConnect2 personnel did share a few images. The Naruto Storm 4 booth was designed to mimic the Valley of the End. There were posters of Naruto, Sasuke, Hashirama, and Madara on display along with a TV playing the Naruto Storm 4 Trailer in addition to the playable demo. A Bandai Namco producer even took the stage as Madara in his Ten-Tailed Jinchuriki form for games other than Naruto Storm 4! For those curious on whether Jinchuriki Madara will be playable in Naruto Storm 4, the answer is that’s unconfirmed. With a Bandai Namco representative dressing up in that outfit for a Naruto Storm 4 presentation, however, it’s pretty likely he will be in.
