Sakura (Sakura is iffy because she can possible beat many on this list because she is smarter than them, and she is skilled at enhancing her speed and using weapons. * indicate beatable. And I believe she knew the chakra enhanced strength jutsu as well, she used it on her feet. But her intelligence give her the advantage with most.)
