Who wins the Chunnin Exams?

Who said there is only one "winner"? We know that all of the Konoha people are at least Chuunin by part 2.

Anyways it could also be possible that the final exam could be interrupted by Akatsuki, kind of like Orochimaru ruined the last exam. But whoever wins the final fight is irrelevant, it's up to the judges who passes whether they win or lose a fight.
