Sasuke got healed by Karin because he was extremely overwhelmed and about to die while fighting Danzo, who didn't even use KA nor activated his face Sharingan until the very end. He was also anxious of Obito's presence because he knew that after fighting Sasuke, he'd have to deal with him, so he didn't use his 100% power against Sasuke. He was holding back, and even then, he would have killed Sasuke had he not gotten healed by Karin.

MS Sasuke was doing more damage to himself from MS spamming than Danzo actually was:

Baku is slayed by manda. And with intel and supperior speed Sasuke keeps Danzo from placing the curse mark with nagashi and can body replace himself out should he slip up. Danzo was able to do it in canon only because of Sasukes lack of knowledge on it. It's unlikely Danzo successfully places it with Sasuke both actively looking out for it and trying to counter it

Those are Danzo's only chances of winning

Danzo loses the cqc battle like he did in cannon. His curse mark gets over writtin by Sasuke's curse mark. Etc. Sasuke has all the means to counter Danzo. ​
