). Though Neji possesses faster striking speed than part one Kabuto so attacking him directly is not something Shizune should try because he can defend himself via rotation.
I guess due to Neji being a Byakugan user, he can tell that Shizune is about to spit poison gas and due to him having the Byakugan, he'll know that the gas coming out isn't to blind him because that will obviously fail. I guess if Neji manages to hold his breath, he can avoid getting poisoned or disperse it with a paper tag bomb just like Sakura did to Sasori's poison gas but it may give Shizune an opening to strike Neji with chakra scalpel due to superior speed.
I guess Shizune can beat CE Neji with high difficulty.
