that wasnt quite an asspull because izanagi had already been introduced by danzo and an asspull is when kishi gets the techs out his ass, also danzo and obito share the same condition to use izanagi both sharingan and senju dna, also obito already knew about that technique when he saw danzo using it in his battle, it was only logical obito knew izanagi and would use it if needed.

well by that point obito had already admitted to have participated in the uchiha massacre which would explain that, also if you recall when obito transpanted itachi´s eyes to sasuke we could see obito´s lab along with a buch of sharingans and all that was before konan´s fight, if he had so much sharingans in store it makes sense he use them as replaceble sharingans

She didn't summon it and obviously it was raining when Konan and Obito was fighting and clouds clearing out and sun shining created it probably it's a rare event as it always rains in her village and it looks like her words says she took it as a good omen as well =D
