Hi Sensei
Well let's see. I'm a 23yr old from California. Full time college student that enjoys games/animes/mangas.
Neji happens to be my favorite character from Naruto, right from the beginning when he got introduced. As time passed on, he kept being my favorite despite not necessarily being the strongest person. And the Hyuuga techs were awesome to see, whether it be from the anime or manga.
The reason I need this training is because the Hyuuga tech and a Hyuuga character in general are one in the same. They're suppose to be used together to be efficient and I want an efficient Hyuuga bio for myself to RP. Role playing is a new concept to me that I've always wanted to try and what better way than having a bio of your favorite character using your favorite moves.

I'm assuming this is the Hyuuga clan specifically and not clans in general, right? lol
The Hyuuga clan is one of the noble clans throughout all of Konoha. What makes this clan specifically special is that the members of this family have a special KG called the Byakugan, which is one of the 3 great doujutsu's of the NV. With this very special doujutsu the user of the eyes have far more superior vision, granting them extended vision and giving the ability to able to see through solid objects, even being able to look at any person's chakra circulatory system. To further solidify their clans prominence is that with the byakugan, the Hyuuga created the most efficient type of taijutsu known as, Jyuken. With this fighting style the Hyuuga's are able to transmit their chakra from within their tenketsu in a piercing manner that would cut the link of chakra (or close the points) within their opponents body. This is only possible though with the aid of the byakugan, which grants it's user the ability to see the chakra network as stated earlier.
The Hyuuga clan has two parts to it's family though. One being from the main house hold of the clan and the other being from the branch family. Essentially the main family runs the family, while the branch family serves to protect the main branch and all it's secrets. Each member of the branch family gets a special curse mark placed on their head. While a member with the curse mark dies, it gets rid of the byakugan so that it's secrets may not leave the family and Konoha. The main family also uses this curse mark on branch family members if they ever threaten the main family or become hustle at all. Because of this system, however, it has brought a feud amongst the family over time. Notable members of the main family are Hinata, Hiashi, Hanabi while notable members of the branch family are Neji and Hizashi. This system, despite being rocky has slowly been getting better after Neji and Naruto's fight. This bringing light into Hiashi's eye's seeing someone like Neji, a branch member being so strong and having his destiny taken away from him. After all the circumstances that happened, Neji, despite hating the branch family, actually started to like them and even began to offer his assistance to the main family and Hinata. Hiashi the clan leader also seemed to loosen up a bit after this whole ordeal and welcomed Neji with open arms.

The Byakugan is one of three great doujutsu's among the NV. A KG, members of the Hyuuga clan inherit this special eye from birth and can activate it as soon as they're ready. The eye is white, appearing as the user has no pupil but when activated, the veins of the person intensify and show a slight sign of the pupil. This eye gives amazing power by letting the user see all the tenketsu in the body along with the chakra circulatory system, it also gives the user near 360 degree vision of sight with only a small blind spot located towards the back of the neck. The user is able to see through solid objects and can zoom in onto things like a scope to an extended point, which all depends on the user and how "powerful" his/her Byakugan is. For a new Byakugan user the standard is about 50m

Jyuken is a taijutsu art that's been pasted down by the Hyuuga. It's a special kind of taijutsu that only works with conjunction with the Byakugan because it focuses on attacking the organs and chakra network/points in the human body. As stated by Might Gai, this is the most effective type of taijutsu that exists. The way they attack is by focusing and releasing a sharp but accurate burst of chakra that penetrates the enemy which is how they're able to cause so much damage. One can train their body to withstand pain/damage but they can't train their organs to be stronger, which is why this is so deadly. Since this fighting still uses chakra it can destroy any chakra based substance as well, such as Kidomaru's spider webs.

I honestly don't know how to answer this question. Such as other elemental chakra like katon and raiton?
I know that Jyuken uses raw chakra which is all it needs to be able to damage internal organs and turn off specific tenketsu within the enemies body. My only hypothesis behind using other natures is to enhance the external damage done to the person or making doing it at a quicker speed. Such as using raiton with jyuken to enhance the speed at which you get into contact with the person.
If you meant how they use the raw chakra then I know you could rotate your body while releasing chakra from all your tenketsu and apply shape manipulation to make a rotation to be able deflect projectiles and moves. From what I know, this would also nullify a katon based move, depending on it's rank. A simple D-rank katon would falter to a simple rotation but something above that might be able to overpower it, correct?

Where I was getting at is the relation of normal chakra with elemental chakra.
Elemental chakra is said to be stronger than normal chakra
d-rank elemental chakra is equivalent to C-rank raw chakra.
Jyuken uses raw chakra so its weak to elemental chakra.

Okay, To be more elaborate.
Hyuga clan is among the strongest existing clan in konoha possessing The Byakugan, one of the 3 doujutsus as their kekei genkai. People born into the clan are genius and are known of their prowess in taijutsu. Example is Neji who was the best among his peers having beaten Lee everytime they fought and even the senseis aknowledged him.
Now lets move to the next one i supposed you are to lay emphasis on
"Byakugan" is one of the three doujutsu which the hyuga clan posses. It is said to be ready for activation as soon as they were born which is quite different from the sharingan which you have to activate to some certain circumstance or condition and rinnegan which we now know is the rearest of them but i won't dwell on that now and get back to topic.
Taking Neji, Hinata, Hanabi and other hyugas we've seen so far, their normal eyes are with no color but plain white and when they activate their byakugan, we see some features around and in the eyes like muscles bulging around it. Activation of byakugan has many stages so lets break it down bit by bit. Neji and Hinata: Hinata uses some set of handseals before activating her Byakugan which in relation to our rp now, you will be doing the same set of handseals as a fresh hyuga. However you will be able to activate your byakugan without any handseals once you've mastered and kept it for a month.
Now to its abilities,
1.you can view/zoom upto 50m as a fresh hyuga but you will be able to see more as you become more adept.
2. Neji vs Kidomaru as a course study, Byakugan grants you 360 field of vision "except" a small circular spot on the lower thoraxic vertebra on the back neck. Neji could be wounded because of this and this is one of the weakness of the Byakugan
3. With the byakugan, even fresher or a master, you can see through object and matter itself, you won't be blinded by flash lights, smokescreens and solid objects. The best of this is that you can see the chakra pathway, chakra itself and even color of chakra, hidden barriers and its just awesome. A downside to this as seen in Neji vs Naruto is you can't differentiate a shadow clone from its original as they would have equal amount of chakra but you can know and see through transformation(henge) except zetsus.
Because of this as you can see even your own chakra system, you can detect if you are in a genjutsu as genjutsu disrupts your chakra then with byakugan you will know the enthropy in your chakra system ^^

Then i want you to complete the following task.
Scenerio 1: I make several clones and mixes with them. Identify me by hurling a kunai at the real me, if I poof away then you hit a clone, if i block then its me since i won't want you to kill me, will I?
Scenerio 2: I put you under an illusion where you see many clones of me appear before you. Now without attacking any of them. Identify you are under an Illusion using your byakugan. Quite simple is it?
Scenerio 3: 4 of my clones are scattered around you 50meters away at every angle wearing tags of different colors. Now we kill two bird with a stone. I want you to fish them out by naming their bearing(location) and the name of the tag color they wear without turning you head or moving an inch. (hint: zoom and you have 360 field of vision)
Scenerio 4: I stand before you, how many tenketsu(chakra nodes) do I have? Then try and view my anatomy and you should be able to see everything. Now name 5 organs in which you can hit and can cause fatal damage to me(don't hit me yet)
Last Scenerio: I would be attacking and i want you to defend.
1. *throws a flash light behind me so you are blinded then i hurl 3 kunais with explosiive tag towards your mid-section.
2. I run through to your left and detonates several smoke bombs and now as i move through the shadow of the smokescreen, i approach from your back to stab you from the back of the neck.

Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) while channeling chakra into the eyes. "Byakugan!!"
Scenerio 1 Neji scans through all the clones his sensei made and couldn't tell which was the real one since all their chakra levels and flow were essentially the same but analyzing the position of the clones, he throws the kunai to the furthest clone in the back.
Scenerio 2 Seeing his sensei stand in front of him, in a split second he creates a bunch of clones appear. Through his Byakugan, Neji noticed that his chakra flow was unstable, revealing he's under an illusion. "Genjutsu ay?" Neji then begins to concentrate and cuts his flow of chakra for a second and breaks out of the genjutsu. (I hope that was a viable option of breaking out of Gen.)
Scenerio 3 Seeing as the clones begin to circle around Neji, he begins to analyze his sensei in the surrounding with his Byakugan. Being able to zoom in 50meters and with near 360 field of vision he starts to name the location and color of tag each clone had. "The one at my back standing near the rock is wearing a black tag, the one on my left that's standing in front of the tree is wearing green, the one to my right is the white and the one in front of me, hiding behind a boulder is the blue."
Scenerio 4 "There are 361 tenketsu in the human body." Neji then begins to scan his sensei, seeing all the tenketsu and the chakra network that's intertwined with the circulatory system. "5 major organs that can be fatal if hit there would be the Brain, Heart, Kidneys, Liver, Lungs."
Last Scenerio
1) Neji throws 3 explosive tagged kunai to match his sensei's kunai that he had thrown, exploding midair. "Byakugan users can't be blinded by matter, light, chakra or energy."
2) Standing still, I see you running towards my left and throw a smokescreen. However with the Byakugan I can see through all matter and with my 360 field of vision I see you approaching and turn around to counter your attack by grabbing your arm. "I can see you sensei."

Passed with flying colors. Though you need to know you are in a genjutsu or something is wrong/fishy about what you see before you can say you want to confirm by peering into your own chakra network.

Now to that forest "points to the forest of Fangorn"
now begin to strike them with your palms until you fall everything. Use only your palm, no chakra enhancement of sort.

What are common signs of being placed in genjutsu? Just something off?
Neji walks over to the forest with his sensei and carefully begins to think how this is going to be. On arrival, Neji takes a strong stance in front of a tree and begins force palming the trunk. With ever hit, he felt the tree trunk somewhat giving out but he knew it wasn't going to fall down anytime soon. After a dozen hours have passed, the tree finally knocks over, echoing through the forest. "Man, that was not easy, but I still have all these trees to go!" Getting some of his energy back, he stands back up and begins force palming the next tree. However, this tree fell down after only a couple hours of hitting it and the next fell even quicker than that. "I think I'm getting the hand of this." After about a whole day of hitting trees and taking small breaks in between, he managed to knock down clusters of trees.
"I didn't get the hint by the way sensei" as Neji laughs nervelessly.
