Was this feat by Sasuke teleportation or Foot Speed? Personally I think it was Foot speed because of the "motion" lines on Sasuke, which suggests momentum.

I'm curious to hear your opinion on this.

So since he was able to blitz a JJ Madara would that put him at an extremely high footspeed? Like I am talking top 3, judging from the fact that Madara was able to see and react to 8th Gate Gai, but had barely any time to react to Sasuke? What do you say?

I don't think Madara couldn't react to Sasuke, he just didn't care enough to since he got his access into Kamui and probably knew he'd survive.

It was foot speed. He had just used Amenotejikara to swap Madara in between himself and Naruto in an attempt to seal him. After Madara escaped the binding of the Magnet Rasengan and Black Chidori with Limbo, Sasuke immediately began chasing after him. The cooldown for his tech would have still been in effect.

I would still say Sasuke has the fastest Base footspeeds in the manga, though. If anything he does can even be considered Base anymore.

But I gotta disagree this time. I hear this argument alot.
Not only are there no manga facts that support this, and its merely just assumptions, but...
The moment he turned around, Sasuke was already there. Even if he didn't care about being cut, he still got blitzed.

1) Just snatched Kakashi's sharingan, focusing on putting it in his eye socket, and use kamui

2) Had the time to comment how fast Sasuke was yet didn't make an attempt to dodge

3) Didn't seem to care if Sasuke hit him since his only focus seemed to be attaining his rinnegan.


But to answer the original question.. yes it was foot speed
