The only reason he was able to achieve so much with so few jutsus, is because he has the massive chakra reserves of the Kyuubi, so he can literally throw chakra at his opponent until they die.

Coming from Tayuya, all she has is her flute genjutsu and puppets. She's fodder and without the curse seal, she would be 2x the fodder she already is.
