You can change the power of the chidori, both Sasuke and Naruto clashed many times and not once did either of them over powered each other

and how is changing the size and the element of the rasengan equivalent to changing the technique as a whole?

And in which post did i mention any enhanced chidori? I only strictly mentioned base, you're the one mentioning bijuu powered rasenshuriken destorying CT as a feat

And Sasuke did use base chidori to destory the meteoride in the movie

During the events in The Last: Naruto the Movie, Sasuke's skill with Chidori has grown to the point where he is able to completely obliterate a falling meteor.

Normal Susano'o chidori not rikudo powered since its not black neturlised bijuu bomb by Kurama

Chidori can kill Rasengan can't

But it still wasn't base Sasuke if he used his Rinnegan.

Sasuke rinnegan is always activated since it saves chakra rather then switching it on and off

Chidori pierces the opponent, Kabuto doesn't have the medical ability to close holes, Sasuke was aiming for Naruto's heart but dodge it by a few cm, Naruto had kyuubi chakra helping him heal, otherwise he would have died
