From what i read at the site the issue came out on 1/5/2015. The next issue after that comes out 1/19/2015. I dont see where someone gets 1/15/2015 from

That's because chapters get leaked on the Internet a few days before the actual WSJ magazine release. Piracy, you know? It's also the reason why we don't get chapters on Wednesdays anymore: anti-piracy measures in Japan.

1/19/2015 is monday, that's the time where official chapter is published.
We get leaked version earlier, so it's 1/15/2014 (Thursday)
