Hey guys! I would like you all to post your opinions of who is the best in terms of character. They can be weak it does not matter. I'll give my opinions I have 2 people actually.
Jiraiya: He is funny and just a good guy. He is kind and wise and loves "research". He is the most memorable character IMO. Also his powers are "pure" I guess you can say. He completely detached himself for negativity which is a +1. I don't really like evil characters except for their powers.
Itachi: He is referred to as the "Solo King" in terms of abilities but this is a character thread not a fanboy flame thread. Itachi was quiet and skilled but very caring. He took burdens onto himself and never lost sight of the light. Sure he made some screwed up mistakes with Sasuke but most of his intentions were pure. Unlike Obito & Madara, Itachi endured until the very end all for his little brothers sake. My feelings are mostly mixed about his personality though because in part one he was willing to do some very questionable acts.
