Sasuke has always been fast. In part 1 Naruto he zipped behind Sakura lightning quick before knocking her out. Part 2 when Naruto and the gang caught up with him, he jumped off the cliff to put his arm around Naruto with a single blink.

In the movie as you say, he appeared again with his lightning speed to save Kakashi. This is a thing with Sasuke that only he has, probably think he's cool or something
