There was someone in the viz request thread who was thinking on posting all the viz scans for Naruto but thought it would be too much.

Off topic: Would anyone be okay with having Naruto manga uploaded in viz? I'm sure if the people who have the viz split the work, part 2 could be uploaded sort of quickly. Probably a month or three, but at least it would be up.

OT: Best chance is paying or trying to find the ones posted online/on the base.
