Tsunade has no advantages. It's all downhill for her. 4 Tails Naruto didn't just wreck Orochimaru, he also was close to killing Jiraya. Saying Tsunade wins this is paramount to saying she's the best of the Sannin, which, is obviously not the case.

Orochimaru was toying with Naruto, his body was sick and failing him, and his arms were still sealed away and he lacked his complete arsenal of techniques. Jiraiya would never try to kill Naruto.

Which is why I didn't only use it. Jiraya and Orochimaru both have superior speed and ninjutsu to Tsunade, Orochimaru being immortal. Sorry, but Orochimaru toying with Naruto is nothing more than a myth. Simple fact is, throughout the series, Orochimaru has never fought as hard as he did against 4 Tailed Naruto. The only revealed technique in his arsenal that was more powerful was his hydra, which shouldn't be much of a threat against 4 tailed Naruto. (especially since it turns him into a big target for a TBB) The only jutsus Orochimaru ever uses are his snake jutsus, which don't require his arms. Even with his arms, he uses the same stuff he used when he was armless.

Orochimaru's "sick body" was simply something that couldn't handle his soul, which would happen in any body that's not Senju/Uchiha, and probably only affected thing is the time he can fight, and he himself stated there's limits to his "immortality."

So, you're telling me, that Orochimaru's best feats virtually all come from this fight, he's risking death and the end of his ambitions, and he brings out his best weapon (long grass sword), and you're saying he was holding back? No, just no. He was fighting with full-force, he just enjoys the combat. The only way your arguments can have a hint of legitimacy about his arms or "holding back" is if you show significantly better feats other than the Hydra or ET, or you're just making an immensely abstract statement of his capabilities just like Madara fans do with Madara.
Tsunade has nothing capable of competing with 4T Naruto.

Bijuu Dama is the main issue, if she can get around it, KN4 doesn't stand a chance. Her punches crack Susanoo heavily with a single hit in Byakugo Mode, and her kicks do worse when using Byakugo. Multiple punches and kicks should take KN4 out....but the issue is...she can't get around Bijuu Dama. Orochimaru had to opt to block it instead of evading, and she has no defense that'll let her tank it.
