Edit : I don't see why people say Byakuya . He is not a anti hero . He is kind of a person who abides by law .

But Gin is different he and Itachi died as a anti hero both plotting to end Villain's ambition and always belittled their loved ones infact they never wanted to harm them in any case .

I always found it curious that Tosen was changed by the hogyoku and Gin was not. Tosen had a release but GIn just had his regular Bankai.

Byakuya, he's like Itachi the prodigy of one of the biggest flamillly, he's smart, fast and quiet, he clearly obey in law and order like Itachi with the 3rd Hokage, he always works hard for a peaceful society, he is extremely skilled in all forms, he had a role of vilain like Itachi untill Ichigo open his eyes, same for his little adopted sister is treated a bit like kid Sasuke, not to mention that his abilities are like Tsukiyomi but just not illusion.

Well, in terms of being all powerfull, definitely Aizen.
Also, in character Aizen comes close, at least to how Itachi was portraited before they made him out to be a pansy and an anti hero instead of a bad ass villain.
Wich makes him like Gin I guess.
At the last moment they ruined him from awesome bad guy into a pansy.
Kind of ruined Gins character for me and was actually glad he died after.
Don't turn awesome bad guys into over emotional pansies.

gin, because you think that he is incredibly evil, then it turns out that no wait he isnt, he is actually a good guy after all, whoops.

ulquiorra because he is one of the members of the evil group with ten members, is the first to appear along with the theoretical incredibly powerful guy, dies disappointingly early for stupid reasons, despite completely god-stomping his opponent previously. and he is far stronger than everyone in the manga thought, and his strongest attack is repeatedly quoted along with the phrase "GG"to end arguments about his strength.

Oh, and he has weird eyes.
