How powerful would one thousand worth years of sealed sharingan be?

Tenseigan are said to be one thousand years worth of sealed byakugans and is able to rival the power of the rinnegan if unleashed.

and since the byakugan are seen as fodder eyes by this base,

Im guessing thousand years of sharingan would be more powerful than rinnesharingan.

Well, we are only supposing that Sharingan CAN be fused together to create a super powered eye right?

Because they haven't been evidenced to do so in the manga. But I would assume if we are talking about the same processes the Byakugans went through to become the Tenseigan, then I would guess it would be quite a bit more powerful.
