You don't need to go into Sage Mode to perform Rasenshuriken, and it was shown Naruto in KCM and BM was able to use Rasenshuriken, so dose Minato if he had it.

Itachi couldn't solo his way out of a paper bag.

His hand eye coordination is so bad that he couldn't wrap a Susano'o hand around the right person. And then there's the fact that he has to take a nap after fighting 2T Sasuke.

If his cheap ass couldn't do it till the time he was alive. Why assume he can? Also, since he has no SM, there goes his ability to use it, as it literally cuts the chakra points, completely destroying them over use. BM and KCM and SM for Naruto provides durability and the ability to throw it. Something not possible in base mode. His SM lasts for about 5 seconds. Tell me how he does it.
