There are a lot of things Kishi didn't fully mention and explain in the manga which I find really piss-taking

1) Jugo clan: What are they and are they linked to Kaguya by any chance? How does their ability work? Has Jugo managed to control his ability after absorbing one of the Zetsus?
2)Third Kazekage: The strongest Kazekage has not been touched upoun by Kishi in manga or Databook. Apart from tht fodder puppet, we really don't know much about the T.Kazekage
3)Sakumo Hatake: What was his power? Apart from tht brief flashback, we need to see more of the White Fang of the Konoha
4)Izuna Uchiha: His powers. hIS mangekyou powers. A bit more on his personality

That is all I can think off.. Lemme know what u guys think

I agree with the last 2. First one Jugo abilities were probably given to him not just earned. ​

Where is Orochimaru,Kabuto,karin ,Jugo and Suigetsu . They played a major role in Part 2 especially Oro he was both in Part 1 and 2 .

Hope they are at least in Boruto's Movie .

The Uzumaki clan was also brushed upon.. I mean some people were convinced that the sage was an Uzumaki or that the clan had deeper relevance to the story

Don't take it in a wrong way but you guys suck at making lists. :p

Sakumo Hatake was never relevant to the story beyond being a Kakshi's dad a capable shinobie but dead.

Izuna Uchiha- you can find some of his capbabilities in data books or otherwise but again he too died without making any mark on the story of Naruto beyond being the ecuse for Madara to continue his fighting. The kid didn't want peace despite his whole clan being tired of it and even Madara being two minded about it. Not a very bright cookie and he didn't have excuse of Indra transmigration.

Jugo clan never affected story of Naruto himself much and the manga was his story.

Why not list actual events in the story which remained unexplained? Like where the hell were elders of the whole Uchiha clan on the night of Kyuubi attack. We only see Itachi and Sasuke and him saying his parents were out.

(I'm not forgetting something am I? I just hope it was not detailed and someone comes back to boomrang it on me. >_> ) lol

Not really.
Kishimoto first intended to make Akatsuki's members monsters with almost no human traits. Zetsu, Kisame and Kakuzu (and, to a lesser extent, Deidara and Sasori) are prime examples of this. Kisame, in particular, resembles a Samebito (鮫人; Literally meaning "Shark Man"), a Japanese mythological creature.
