Use the triangle with an exclamation mark to report posts/threads.

Otherwise probably Ira. Idk.

You could always just put the people on your ignore list.

Alternatively if you do not understand how to use the report button or it's a complaint which can not be reported using normal button you can always send a PM to a staff member, preferably a section mod or a G-mod. You can find them in the forum leader list( It's available in the the quick link drop down menu on nav bar on top.)

Unless you have a huge case that you feel would be best to give directly to a mod (for instance if someone is harassing you and you don't want the thread to be deleted before you can prove it) just use the report button at the bottom of their comment.
