Lets say Rikudo Madara's PS (Hypothetically speaking) and Rinnegan Sasuke's PS (Normal not Bijuu PS) were to clash which one would come out victorious.​

Argument from Ignorance is not form of discussion or debate, so please take it elsewhere. The op blatantly says it is a PS manifested from the Rikudou Chakra that functions within Madara, meaning it is not a regular PS he showed at his EMS form.

You could count, for instance, Susano'o being able to utilize Kamui(to a certain extent), Amaterasu, and Chidori, but Amenotejikara doesn't fully fit in to the category for me. It's not my thread though, so that's up to the creator.
