Genjutsu isn't ever working due to the fact Madara possess both a Rinnegan and a Rinne Sharingan. Genjutsu isn't going to work against either side.

Amentoejikara can only be used about 3-4 times before Sasuke's Rinnegan has a cool down and he can't use any of his eye techniques for a little while plus you have the fact Madara regenerates from all of Sasuke's attacks and he can just put up Susanoo or switch with a Limbo clone to avoid it. Truth Seeking balls also act as a good defense against it.

Amaterasu is useless, Sasuke said it himself it's useless against high tier opponents and will only serve as a distraction against them

Madara got bisected once and it didn't even faze him and he regenerated from it in no time

How is Sasuke during the Last stronger than VOTE II Sasuke?

The strongest thing in Rinnegan Sasuke's Arsenal is PS. During the Naruto vs Sasuke fight Sasuke got his PS enhanced tenfold by the Bijuu Chakra which increased every aspect of his Susano'o including DC, Speed and Durability.

So tell me how in the world is an ordinary PS stronger than a Bijuu enhanced PS?

That's like saying EDO Madara's PS is stronger than the Kyuubi Susano'o fusion.
