No, i just have a funny recollection of Obito becoming Juubi Jinchuriki, for some reason. Surely that would give him Rikudou Chakra, like Hagoromo. Hagoromo didn't lose it even after loosing the juubi, or coming down with a sudden case of The Deads. I dont see why Obito would.
