NV has a confirmed planet buster (Kaguya if Dimension equates to planet in that sense), many multi country busters and characters many many many times faster than the speed of sound. Naruto/Sasuke/Kaguya/Madara/Obito/Kakashi(DMS for Kakashi, Juubi Jin Obito)/8G Gai etc. Can all solo the one piece verse for the simple virtue that they are either too fast for any of them to react, or they can just blow them up without remorse. Kakashi is a special case, but the hax helps nonetheless.

OP characters on average are stronger but a the top few Naruto characters are over powered as well. Plus the OP verse has guns which would kill half the ninjas. Also One Piece characters are physically stronger. Even Lucci would blitz almost anyone.
