This again? Kakashi wins because of Kamui.

Mt opinion isn't worth anything since I'm a known kakashi fan but tbh, kakashi wins.

Itachi knows kakashi has ms but doesn't know that it's kamui.

Knowing is 96% the battle

Kakashi wins easily with his outstanding Kamui execution feats. He is also faster, has better reflexes, more chakra, better ninjutsu and taijutsu/CQC, can defend from Itachi's genjutsu.

War Arc Kakashi mid diffs Itachi.

Kakashi wins mid diff at the maximum. He has essentially full knowledge on Itachi while Itachi is ignorant to Kamui, which isnt good at all.

Itachi NOT knowing about Kamui is actually a detriment to Kakashi as much as it is an advantage.

Given he's aware of Kakashi's mangekyo, and is aware that mangekyo can grant different users different powers, he's going to go in to the battle cautious. Just against part 1 Kakashi he went up against Kakashi with a clone to start, and ended it right away with his Tsukuyomi just to avoid Kakashi making things difficult.

People make fun of Itachi beating Kakashi in a matter of just a couple minutes but the measures he took against Kakashi were actually a sign of respect if you look at it correctly. He knew better than to allow Kisame to engage Kakashi in a fight and wasn't going to enter in to a long fight with him either, and went to his "big gun" early.

Kakashi and Itachi's fighting styles are very similar in the sense that if they aren't familiar with their opponent, they will feel them out first with the use of clones. Kakashi has experienced this first hand and knows better than to start right out with wasting his chakra on using kamui on what is likely to be an Itachi bunshin.

Itachi will do his best to play this fight with clones and other trickery in an attempt to find out Kakashi's mangekyo abilities. Kakashi has to hope the first time he does use Kamui, it's a successful blow, because Itachi, just like Kakashi, isn't getting caught in a technique a 2nd time.

I really wish this fight could have played out in the manga because it had the potential to be the greatest analytical battle of the manga, but oh well.

Kakashi wins. Manga knowledge means he knows not to try to fight Tsukuyomi head on, whereas he has demonstrated enough skill with the Sharingan to counter Itachi's other genjutsus, as shown when he dueled Obito with genjutsu.

As for ninjutsu, Kakashi has shown himself being able to respond to Itachi's clone feints with clone feints of his own, as well as being able to tell when he's using explosive clones. Itachi himself would be in danger if he falls prey to a Raiton Bunshin. Katons can be countered with Hiding Like a Mole, or Kakashi using Suitons of his own, whereas shuriken can be blocked with Doton walls.

As for taijutsu, I don't see Itachi speedblitzing someone who was able to keep up with V2 jinchuriki (with shared vision and precognition), and Obito. Thus, all that's left is Susano'o and Amaterasu, the former of which Itachi can't maintain forever, and the latter of which Kakashi can defend against via blocking Itachi's eyesight with a Doton wall, a clone, dodge by burrowing underground, or even teleporting himself to the Kamui dimension. He could also warp it off of himself with Kamui like he did with Minato's Rasengan, assuming it doesn't hit somewhere beyond his vision.

In fact, Itachi is quite vulnerable to Kamui warps, seeing that nothing he has can adequately defend against the speed of War Arc Kakashi's Kamui. If trying to wait out and avoid Susano'o becomes too much trouble, I can see him just warping away the whole construct, Itachi and all, with a Gedo Mazo arm-sized Kamui.

It really depends on which is faster Amaterasu or Kamui?

I'm going to say Itachi takes this High difficulty.

Kakashi wins. Each has four forms. Kakashis forms are all superior to Itachis.

Base Kakashi > Base Itachi
3T Kakashi > 3T Itachi
MS Kakashi > MS Itachi
DMS Kakashi > Edo Itachi

The only thing Itachi has thats better than Kakashi is Genjutsu and Sharingan kills that advantage. Kakashi low difficulties him with Kamui.

Kakashi wrecks.

He beats him in base vs base , 3T vs 3T and with MS.

He's superior in every way including Stamina.
