Most people don't know they've been facehugged, and why would he if he doesn't know the consequence of being facehugged?

Sasuke would sense the presence of a foreign body within him, or just see it inside him with Sharingan/Rinnegan.

Pretty sure chest rustlers can't be surgically removed, and, being as Xenomorphs copy host DNA you'd likely have chakra enhanced xenos, especially if Sasuke was the first host.

They can, and have been, removed. Theres nothing prohibiting a chest burster from being surgically removed except for time. Since a chestburster can obtain the nutrients it needs within a few hours, you'd have to put the body in cryosleep immediately after the host regain consciousness in order to stop the Chestburster from feeding on the hosts nutrients long enough to extract it.

And even if the Xenomorphs become chakra infused, my point still remains that most entry level ninjutsu would be sufficient enough to handle a Xenomorph... let alone high level ninjutsu, genjutsu, and even taijutsu masters such as Gai or Lee.

Sasuke would not get caught lol, even a noob predator could react to a blitz from a facehugger an he could easily activate enton or chidori to neg it. But for the sake of argument if a full alien enters nv by sasuke then rikudo enhanced alien solo's nv an then goes on to solo the other planets like kaguyas , this alien could potencialy get a mutated sharingan an would spread it wrath by killin fodders an makin more rikudo influenced aliens , the growin swarm would swallow nv an if the sasualien becomes a queen then ntn is savin nv. EveThe clans would only give the rikudo aliens a bigger arsenal.

Even if one could, developing chakra would be a huge setback to their stealth...sensors would have a field day with the things.

Ninja seem to live awhile after getting fatal wounds you know...what stops Sasuke from killing the thing after it bursts his chest...Killer Bee already did the whole ripped open chest thing to him. He has experience

Having chakra is kinda useless to them without training

That fear of fire or whatever is a weakness Nv would exploit

Whenever he looks down that horrible thing inside would be easily noticed. Not to mention that ninjas are basically superhumans, so they have heightened senses (Tsunade could hear the beating of Oro's heart when he was 10 meters away from her, Tobirama could hear footsteps easily), Sasuke hears that bastard and you know what happens after.

Assuming the above doesn't happen the chestbuster would need to get out of his belly, no? He kills it in that moment. GG alien Lol

Nice thread first of all, Xenomorphs infiltrating NV would make for a nice plot. But you picked the wrong person to be "first victim".

Ninjas are generally very quick and perceptive, Sasuke excels greatly in those 2 areas specifically, hence he wouldn't be face hugged in the first place, he would see the thing coming and destroy it easily.

But for the sake of conversation lets say he got face hugged, similar to his fight against Deidara (although current Sasuke is on a whole other level), Sasuke would sense foreign hostile presence within his body and would run a Chidori current through his body, exterminating the Xeno before it gets a chance to do anything.

But like I said, the whole concept is interesting, except you picked the one character who would easily counter to be the "first victim".

However, if the first victim was lets say Ten Ten, or even any normal shinobi or human being, things could escalate from there and get interesting.

I picked Sasuke because we already have Naruto running around, two freakishly and evenly powered individuals would be just....
