I mainly want to know where people rank them in terms of power, but feel free to rank them based on likeability.

List 1 looks good, but I think machvise is stronger than jora. I would also put senor higher than Lao G

Lao G and Señor Pink are debatable the more I think about it.

I agree with your power list but I'd place Sugar to the bottom.

All she has to do is touch her opponent once and she wins. Machvise would lose easily to her since he has to touch his opponent to win and is rather slow, so Sugar wins easily. Viola has no feats, same with Buffalo. Baby 5 and Jora are debatable.

This. I love the way Oda made Senor Pink. He is above Doffy on my "like" chart with Doffy being 2nd. The rest of the fodder can fight for number 4+.

Is this your power ranking? If so Caesar doesn't belong that below at all. I could argue him being stronger than Gladius. Which would make him the strongest executive(if he was an executive). Of course he would be below the Top Executives though.

And I cannot believe you put Viola over him, he would be the strongest executive. Unless you think Viola is going to give Luffy a hard time.
