-He can't even do serious damage to her since all he has are weapons, punches and kicks, while she has Byakugo, which heals her and makes the above punch much stronger than normal.

Yes, yes they both will help dramatically.

The fact that he can't use any form of chakra means that he will have to resort to either taijutsu or weapons for his offense; both insufficient means of taking out a YS user. She can heal any damage done, and dish it out two fold. The worst part is, Madara can't dodge it Lol
