that list looks pretty legit though i would add sasky in nr 6 since he has som many chidori variants, almost as many as nardo has of rasengan

mine go to all Raikage except Darui, they literally use dominant Raiton faithful stick to village element.
next Naruto, the only his true affinity is wind jutsu (Rasenshuriken) after get powerup then all KKG.
