Hello brothers and sisters.
Can someone please give me a good translation of Databook 4 of Naruto?
I have a theory (which I partly think can't be real because i saw rough translations) about some techniques I am speculating about.
I'll make a thread if the translations are in my theory's favor (which has a small chance to be).
The theory is a nice one that I personally never have seen coming from anyone else (because I suddenly noticed it).
