One Can't Use Body Flicker Multiple Times In a Row Cause In Order To Use It The User Must Boost His/Her Chakra To Temporarily Vitalize The Body And Move At Extreme Speeds...Between Each Usage The User Has To Boost The Chakra Again Which Makes Time Interval Between Each Move Unlike FTG That Can Be Used Without Any Time limit...
Unlike Naruto,Minato Didn't Just Dodge Ay's Top Speed But He Came Up With A Counter Attack Aswell Which Couldn't Be Done By Body Flicker As I Explained...Another Reason Would Be Minato Didn't Want To Risk Cause With FTG The Chance Of Dodging The Attack Was 100%...
