I'm a huge music maniac/geek. Anyone willing to recommend me a nice tune? I don't really mind what genre, just anything you find interesting or like, I'd be happy to give it a listen.

I recommend some James Brown he's old school but amazing and he's also the godfather of soul which most of American music is based off just a suggestion.

I disagree in riffs, kirk even admits he misses the guitar solos, I'd give metallica credit for their sweet bassist cliff burton. Robert trujillo is ok.

Hilariously, Metallica has more numbers of shitty songs/albums compared to megadeth. The only albums I find shitty from megadeth is Super collidor and thirteen (and mustaine's shitty vocals at times). I can't seem to put my finger on anything after And justice for all (besides load). Well that's just me being Megadeth fanboy.

Nobody said "thrash metal" in the 80s.
Thrash meant stuff like Cryptic Slaughter and D.R.I.
Slayer are death metal, not thrash.
