This is "Prime" Hiruzen (which by that I mean a young Hiruzen, not this "Rikuzen" rubbish)

Conditions: Hiruzen have his Edo feats And Jiraiya's chakra reserves

Restrictions: Manga feats only so no Amaterasu, Enton, Tsukuyomi or Kage Bunshin for Madara and no Neutralizer, or unfounded hype or "All of Konoha's jutsu" for Hiruzen.

Madara can use up to legged Susanoo.

What feats does MS Madara have that would allow him to compete with a younger stronger Hiruzen?

From what we know, Madara's only feats are fire jutsu, legged susanoo and Uchiha return. I don't know of him to have anything else. Ms Madara has just as many feats as izuna which is close to nothing.
