No, the databook states that Hiruzen surpassed Tobirama in jutsus of the five natures, that's it. That's a given anyway, considering Hiruzen has Tobirama's entire lifetime of knowledge collecting.

The databook was very clear about it being specfically nature based techniques so no, no speciality ninjutsu aside from Shiki Fuujin. I'm not biased as if the databook said otherwise, then I too would say so. I read the databook for myself and am an articulate Japanese speaker.

Whether or not the 4th Databook states it or not doesn't matter since the previous datebooks and Manga scans already state that Hiruzen knows and is able to use all the Leaf's non KKG jutsus. All Hiden, Genjutsu and Ninjutsu are in his arsenal. All I really saw from Tobirama was an FTG below Minato's level and a small Suiton that cut a few Shinju branches. Considering Hiruzen's immense arsenal and experience, I'd say Hiruzen>Tobirama

Whoops, I'd assume he was taught it but it didn't suit his style of fighting or he never got around learning from Tobirama before he died.
