Hanzo's poison affects via inhalation, or even via dermal contact. It's some wild fanfic you compare ink with one of the strongests poisons on the NV. Whitout knowledge And IC Kisame will go for the CQC And will get poisoned by a shinobi who managed to beat a prime Mifune (who can stop other shinobi to even make hand seals) in his Owwn game.

This is ridiculous. You are comparing ink to one of the most powerful and renown poisons in the entire verse. You are basically comparing a Fūda tag bomb to a C2 bomb and thats assuming the Ink is actually poisonous to a Naruto character.

Kisame wins High-Diff. Hanzō is a bad-match up for him, given the fact that he uses natural poison as opposed to chakra based attacks and salamanders are excellent swimmers (In the DB, it is stated that Hanzō is the fastest swimmer) but Kisame should still be capable of taking this with his Shark bombs.

IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW STRONG IT IS its still a freaking liquid its lethal prowess doesn't mean that it all of a sudden disobeys the laws of anatomy, liquid goes in through the mouth anything not needed in the body is then pumped out through the gills .-.

Even holding his breath Kankuro was affected by the poison, but as the effect is slightly slower via skin than NY breathing, he was numb while the rest of his squad was already unconscious...

And in the end, He just have to keep dodging until his poison takes its toll...

Hanzo wins. He summons Ibuse who intoxicates the AoE with poison gas and then Kisame dies. CQC is bad news if Hanzo just takes his mask off and breathes on Kisame. Nothing he can do there. Hanzo was also said to be unparalleled underwater so that isn't helping Kisame's chances.

Hanzo every single time. Poison enters blood stream then GG. WD is laughed at since hanzo breathes with mask plus is the fastest ninja in water.

Do you know how poison works? Do you understand that the more lethal the poison is the faster it takes effect? Do you understand that the second Hanzō's poison gets inhaled it starts to take effect? Do you understand that Hanzō's poison can come in the shape of gaz? Do you understand that the process known as countercurrent gaz exchange TAKES TIME?

I don't know man...

Yes, but three things: first, Kisame have amazing reaction feats, But on almost all of them, he don't dodge, He blocks. He blocked Gai's attack, He blocked Killer Bee's sword And He blocked TenTen's bomb. And the moment He blocks, Samehada (a living organism) will be poisoned by Hanzo's poisoned Sythe, and his mostly precious asset is lost.
Second: the most dangerous thing about Hanzo is that he don't posess just Ibuses poison, his own breath is poisonous, making he a living hazard for anyone close to him.
Third: He managed to shunshin away from an attack that took out his entre division plus a Root squad, created from a rampaging Gedo Mazo...
He can dodge what Kisame can offer.
