There's a lot more to the "anime community" than Naruto, or even than Shōnen series in general. The community is far from dying. In fact, it may be growing considering that Naruto fans may decide to broaden their horizons and find new series to read/watch.

Naruto, like DBZ, did indeed have a big impact and did generate lots of popularity all over the world, but eventually there will be another Shōnen series that will do the same.
