Alright, hey.
Why don't we begin by you explaining everything that you know about the toad contract, and toad summonings? What makes this contract different from other contracts, and why do you want to sign it?

So, the Toad Summoning Contract is the first summoning contract shown in the manga. It was shown that ninjas could summon toads from the mountains of Myobokuzan, once they have signed their name on the scroll. There are a variety of toads with different personalities, the oldest being the Great Toad Sage, who could predict things. This is the only contract which has the most number of canon character signers; Naruto, Minato, Jiraiya. The toads have a variety of abilities, being able to spit water or 'oil' from their mouth, as well as they could use wind, fire, Taijutsu and Kenjutsu(also Samurai Techs). The last being Senjutsu; the most powerful and special point about this contract.
Last, but not the least, they have a large amount of life force and vitality, and the oil that they spit out, is very highly flammable, and there's no doubt that one can use Katon in conjunction with it to create deadly amounts of fire.
With the other contracts, you don't have such versatility as this, because of the unique point, as I mentioned; Senjutsu and their various personalities which were shown in the manga. Another unique point is the jutsu like 'Summoning Food Cart Destroyer Technique' and 'Toad Crushing Stomach', which are one of the most useful abilities in battle. Also, I always wanted to have a canon contract, since I love to use canon abilities as much as possible, without resorting to customs, unless needed.
The reason I want to sign this contract is that, I love to use the Fire element with my Ace bio, so I would say this contract would fit him quite well, as well as in the near future, if possible, I plan to go for the Toad Sage Mode, which gives you quite an edge over other abilities, as well as you gain enhanced sensing, Taijutsu boosts, and greater reflexes.

They have a lot of life force and vitality, which makes them very more focused on strength and power, than speed and precision like the snake contract. A lot of toads can use some sort of elemental ninjutsu to varying effects, and strengths as well.

After hearing what you say, I simply duck down and prick my index finger, producing a small amount of blood. I, then, look at the scroll below and sign my name with my blood gracefully moving my finger.

You can either use the generic summoning jutsu (4 handseals,bite thumb, slam hand on the ground) , or a scroll which you have on you by wiping blood across the scroll.

Let's try the generic one.
I bite my thumb, as small drops of blood leak from it. I then weave 4 handseals, and slam my hands on the ground, and as my blood makes contact with it, a sealing formula appears on it with the specific kanji. With a poof sound, a cloud of smoke appears, and after it dissipates, a small toad appears.

Though it appears that as long as significant pressure is placed against the blood in some form, the summon will be complete, most summoning uses use a solid surface, though in some cases it can even be done mid air. There can be variations to the summoning steps, some ninja like Temari will wipe blood on her fan, then by swinging the fan the animal is summoned. Other ninja like Orochimaru wipe the blood across a snake tattoo on their arm first, then touch the ground. Others will clap their hands directly like Nagato through the use of his Animal Path. The user must have signed the contract with the creature he wants to summon but the technique can be used to summon a generic creature of that contract (B-Rank) which will have no special traits or abilities beyond those normal to the rest of the animals in the contract. The animal is always summoned on the mark that appears upon slamming the users hand or, if not the case, always in short range of the user.

Uhh, honestly don't know what you mean by "general" abilities. If you mean it's bodily properties; the generic toad has leathery skin, dry legs, and several unique markings on it's body. It can use it's tongue to whip enemies and use Kenjutsu with it, basically extending the tongue upto quite some distance, etc.

Yeah pretty much. These toads can also use the oil techniques, and certain toad ninjutsu like the shrinking technique. Like you said, they can also do some freeform to attack using generic weapons. You could also use them in NW to carry messages or something. But other than that, they can't really do much lol.

Waaaiiit a minute, Gamariki is gay? o-o lol. Okay, I now perform the required hand seal and swipe a little of my blood on my palm and slam my hand on the ground. With a poof of smoke, Gamariki appears. Now to mention about the advantages of Gamariki, The thing I like the most is it's ability to use upto B rank genjutsu. A genjutsu summon can be a an excellent ally in the battlefield and open up for many creative genjutsu combos. eg. Crushing snake + gushing water. Something like that. Or Crushing snake + False darkness. Since I like water, A summon which can use A rank water can be very useful too. Water + lightning stuffs can be easily executed. Genjutsu + water + oil seems to be pretty cool.

This is that stupid frog that always eats stuffs right? Okay so nothing special than A ranked water, prolly the least summoned summon in the toad family I guess lol. I would rather user Gamariki instead of this one since the other one was more powerful and had nice stuffs too.
Question : So this whole hand to hand combat thingy, Is it only freeform tai or it can use up to some ranked taijutsu?
Also regarding the demerits, since they both are B ranked I believe they can withstand only upto B ranked damage?

I love Water Release. Water upto A ranks is pretty brilliant. Does this replace the need for handseals btw? Gamariki is a green coloured toad, and is medium sized. He was shown to be quite err..flamboyant and he was very feminine in his appearance. Although, when he spoke seriously, he had a deep voice. He also called people by using the -chan suffix.(I lol'd at this when I saw this in the anime).
Also, using Genjutsu upto B Ranks is quite good too, since you can make the toad use genjutsu and can be free yourself to follow up with deadly techniques.
Like other toads, he can spew oil, which makes it great for using those elemental-oil combos, and I would use it in an unpredictable way to catch the opponent off guard.
Disadvantages? I would say range. Gamariki can travel only till short range, which isn't useful for medium-long range battles.

The drawbacks would be his height and his endurance, which is lesser than other toads, and also his lack of concentration to battle, which can be really messy sometimes. And, last but not the least, he can only travel upto short range, which is pretty meh.

They can use all toad ninjutsu, along with the shrinking technique, and oil jutsu xD. And when it says they are proficient hand to hand fighters, it means freeform unless it states a specific rank, or says something along the lines of "can use Strong Fist tai up to A rank, excluding EIG jutsu".
Ok, and finally the immunities. It does not mean he can tank up to A rank jutsu, he's not immune to any kind. You have to use logical reasoning, like for example a D rank earth pillar would not disperse him, but being stabbed in the eye with a freeform lightning kunai may. It depends on the extent of damage really.
Now Naruto, make a 3 move combo along with Gamatatsu!
And Best do the same with Gamakiri!

Minato bites his thumbs to get some blood and performs the necessary hand seals and slams his hand on the Ground. As he does that, he summons Gamariki toad from mount Myobokuzan to aid him in the battles.

(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Gamariki) Summoning Technique: Gamariki
After summoning Gamariki, Minato commands Gamariki to place the opponent under a genjutsu that will completely restrict the movement of the opponent. As Gamariki does that, Minato drops a FTG kunai in his place and starts to run towards his opponent whilst gathering up his water chakra and create a flow of gushing water under the opponent that traps him in a sphere of water almost at the same time as Gamariki casts the genjutsu. Whilst Minato reaches short range from the water sphere/Genjutsu trapped opponent, Minato get's ready for the next attack.
(Suiton: Funshutsu Mizu Kinko) - Water Release: Gushing Water Imprisonment
( Genjutsu: Oshitsubusu Hebi Kubire ) - Illusion Technique: Crushing Snake Constriction
Strategy with the above move: A simple water + Genjutsu combo that prevents the opponent to use Nagashi so that Minato can get to short range without much trouble. Only option (Canon wise) would be to use Earth armour or pain. If in case the opponent uses the Earth armour, Minato can then follow up with a Lightning attack like Raikiri in the next turn which would be pretty difficult to deal with the Earth armour since the opponent will be restricted only to Earth based technique and Lightning > Earth. Also, Gamariki can also come up with a Genjutsu attack in the next turn too to make Minato's Lightning attack more effect or even fatal!

Strategy with the above move: A simple water + Genjutsu combo that prevents the opponent to use Nagashi so that Minato can get to short range without much trouble. Only option (Canon wise) would be to use Earth armour or pain. If in case the opponent uses the Earth armour, Minato can then follow up with a Lightning attack like Raikiri in the next turn which would be pretty difficult to deal with the Earth armour since the opponent will be restricted only to Earth based technique and Lightning > Earth. Also, Gamariki can also come up with a Genjutsu attack in the next turn too to make Minato's Lightning attack more effect or even fatal!

Ace bit his thumb, and following up with the spilling blood, he slammed his hands on the ground, after weaving the necessary string of handseals. The familiar circular kanji formed on the ground, and with a poof sound, Gamatatsu arrived, munching on some snacks.

Immediately, Ace jumped and landed on the top of the yellow coloured toad. With a mental command, Gamatatsu materialized forth a tornado of water, using the water below the opponent a source. As the violent tornado formed, Ace molded Wind chakra in his body, and gave a command to mold Water chakra in his body. He then channeled his Wind chakra to Gamatatsu, as the toad spit out a massive stream of water. Added the wind chakra, the stream turned destructive and deadly, and while the water tornado from earlier disappeared, the wind-water combo hit the already unconscious opponent, and ripped through his skin, breaking his bones due to the collective force.

To set up this technique the user has to be standing on top or behind Gamatatsu molding their wind chakra and Gamatatsu concentrates his water chakra in his mouth and then by releasing both chakra at the same time by channeling the wind chakra through Gamatatsu it creates a powerful and fast stream of water, which eventually spreads out to cover a much larger area but maintaining a powerful striking force due to the wind chakra.

(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Gamachu) Summoning Technique: Gamachu
This guy is looooaaaded. One of my favorites. He can use samurai, kenjutsu, oil, and taijutsu techniques like the best of them. This guy would be pretty difficult to fight in close range if controlled by the right guy. His close quarters skill is superb. He's about the size of a human adult, and while this is relatively small for a summon, he really makes up for it in speed and strength.

When he first appeared in the manga, Gamachu seems to strike the same type of pose as Jiraiya, as he would also seem to have become the personal summon of Jiraiya. This toad seems to be the keeper of the Toad Summoning contract scroll and unlike every other toad ever seen, Gamachu has not yet been seen talking, only quaking once or twice and mainly in the anime. In terms of appearance, the kanji on the necklace around his neck means "friendship," perhaps alluding to the fact that Jiraiya summons him in more relaxed situations. Only slightly smaller than a human, Gamachu is a very capable warrior specializing in Kenjutsu and Samurai techniques. He can use both skills up to S-Rank as well as Strong Fist taijutsu (non EIG). Like most toads, he can use Oil techniques.
