For starters MS sasuke is basically EMS with strain on his techniques and no legged susanoo. MS sasuke still has a complete susanoo which j-man cant break through. Amaterasu and susanoo arrows still one shot jiraiya. And sasuke has the feats the even blitz him seeing as he could keep up with v1 Ay. The only chance jiraiya has against him is to hold him off long enough for sasuke's chakra reserves run out.

I'm not getting into the PS debate again, pretty sure I've debated that more times on this forum than anything else now. That's why in the OP made it Sasuke that fought Kabuto, so he only gets feats up to that point. That was done deliberately to avoid this type of pointless debating again.

Enton takes care of the toads leaving Jiraiya no pedestal to perform SM. He gets picked off by Amaterasu or an arrow. Swamp of the underworld is halted by Chidori Nagashi and Susano'o, even ribcage tanks his every attack. Jiraiya gets pasted.
