I want to say Indra's Arrow. It took an oodama rasenshuriken and a bijuudama rasenshuriken to deflect it.
And they just seemed to negate each other. So if you think about the rasenshuriken that we actually know shit about (would easily destroy or at least deflect the technique), you can deduct that Indra's arrow would tear that shit up.
