Epilogue Sasuke can no doubt use all of the paths and techs like solo glance have no doubt got way more powerful. Rinneiblitz probably has no cooldown period now and a longer range (Sasuke will teleport people into the sun now) and solo glance will work on jinchurikis.

So that is full ocular power for Sasuke.

Madara can't use the full power with only one of his Rinnegan. This is evident by how he can only use one Limbo shadow with one eye.

Limbo IS the full power of the Rinnegan. Having 2 Rinnegans allows Madara to have 4 limbo. Regardless of that, Sasuke should still be able to use Rinnegan to its fullest power, albeit having 1 Limbo clone as apposed to 4

Sasuke has all rinnegan techs and yes including limbo it was stated in the DB that only those who awakened the rinnegan (hago, sasuke and madara) can use it so those who have a transplant rinnegan or a fake on can't plus amenotijikara which was stated to be given from hago so it's probably exclusive to 6 tomoe rinnegan or from the sage himself and also Genjutsu: Rinnegan.

well Sasuke's 6t rinnegan is like a hybrid between normal rinnegan and the rinne sharingan because it has all rinne abilities plus:

1- amenotijikara which is the counter part or a nerfed version of kaguya's dimnsion shift.

2- Genjutsu: rinnegan which is a lower scale IT.

sasuke having exclusive rinnegan power maybe because of the influence of the sage and also having 6 tomoe.

There are things that suggest Limbo is not specific to Madara, actually.

The DB stated that Limbo is a rinnegan tech.

And lastly, Madara stated when he recieved the Rinnegan from Obito, that he can now use the full power of THE rinnegan. Which evidently was Limbo. So the conclusion you can draw from that is that... Limbo is the full power of the Rinnegan.

Hard to say. If Kurama's explanation is taken in mind, it alludes to two things or one: 1) His Rinnegan might develop three more Tomoe as the natural mutation of Sharingan, thus, increasing the strength of his abilities. 2) His powers would grow, as he is still a novice, despite what he did with CT - far more advanced that Madara or Nagato's CT - and outerpath.

Really tricky to answer. Let's wait for the time skip. We might get more answers. But one thing is for sure, Sasuke's control is as good as the Sage. So, the sky is the limit.
