Aizen's ranks are pretty accurate considering that it's based on powers.

So it makes: Yammy > Starrk > Barragan > Tier > 1st Stage Ulquiorra > Nnoitra > Grimm > Zommari > Szayel > Aaeroniero

Nelliel was former 3rd, but quality of Espadas at her time and current Espada are different. Nnoitra already showed superiority to Nel, Nnoitra is fifth.

Ulquiorra's 2nd etapa is problem, because Aizen wasn't aware of it. Ulq hasn't mastered his secunda etapa and by feats I wouldn't say that he is strongest espada, tho, overall I would say that 2nd etapa Ulq is better at least to Tier.

Yammy and no way possible can beat Barragan so that's already un-accurate he was off-paneled by Kenpachi and Byakuya. ​

Being stronger than someone and being able to beat him in direct match are two different worlds.

Yammy is strongest Espada (at least when we don't count 2nd Ulq) and that's confirmed by Kubo himself.

No it's not. Grimmjow and Noritora both said they were the strongest. Also the only way Yammy is stronger than Barragan is physically. ​

Yammy was casually neg diffed by Zaraki and Byakuya...Starrk was easily beating Love and Rose and fought and lost to Shunsui the 2nd strongest pre ts Captain(I think he is the second or he is the 3rd and Unohana is the 2nd)

Ishida says that his reiatsu is something completely different and powerful after the second transformation and Ulquiorra admits that he hasn't even shown this form to Aizen. So Aizen really didn't even know how powerful Ulquiorra was.As much as I like Ulquiorra and he is my fav.espada but no.he is not the strongest among them.It is true that Aizen didn't saw Ulq's second form but I doubt it is highly unlikely that Aizen didn't know about Ulq's second form that is what I assume.Afterall it is Aizen we are talking about.I'll stick with the rankings given by Kubo.He does have his reasons for that!.

Both Zaraki and Byakuya were in their most powerful forms, while Rose and Love were just using their shikai (+mask)... I would agree with your second part if Shunsui used bankai against Starrk, but he used just shikai. Shikai Shunsui is probably not far above Bankai Byakuya or Zaraki Kenpachi. Together Byakuya and Zaraki would negg him.

starrk is hte strongest nd do u remember when ichigo comes ot fake karakura town aizen says that u have fought ulquieorrha nad becoame vasto lorde and i t was his plan os aizen already knew about his 2nd form but didnt care much and ulq himself sayst hat there are 3 more powerfull than him and that nobody else has a second ofrm so ulq is no 4 and the other 3 are more powerfull
