I'm asking because as we know both the Bijuu and Uzumaki originated from Hagoromo
Uzumaki clan specialized in fuin jutsu and were driven near extinction because of their sheer power. If they can control turn a shinigami into their slave what else could they do ?
He can learn some pretty powerful sealing jutsus from Shukaku.
Shukaku is a sand and fuinjutsu user and we've seen Naruto using his technique against Madara's limbo (a Juubi Jin) with zero practice.
Also, Naruto has shown to be naturally talented in fuin jutsu. Kurama himself noted how similar his sealing tech was to the Hagoromo's. I think the seal he used is more advanced than the one Minato and Orochimaru used.
This could also explain why his BM and Avatar are so different to all the other jinchuurikis yet so similar to Ashura's.
Also he used Hagoromo's Yang seal at will for COAT to create Kakashi's eye. So he's clearly talented enough to learn
In Bolt's case he could be taught sealing jutsu because the Uzumaki clan's techniques need to be taught to someone at least
