I personally think 1MS Obito phases through anything in Fodara's arsenal and warps him away.

EMS Madara high-diff.

He's an all round better shinobi than Obito and can use Kage Bunshins to pull off a feint that'd catch Obito out. Using the feint, he can use Kinkoju to bind him and the rest... is history.

An argument can be made for Madara.

-His speed and reactions surpass Obito's by feats, and it's not even close. So does his Taijutsu skill, and that isn't even close either. If Obito tries to grab him to warp him, and doesn't come by surprise, he'll fail since Madara can force him to slip through one of his attacks.

-He has Shadow Clones, which allow him to keep watch at multiple angles since Obito can teleport around the battlefield. It also lets him attack Obito, forcing the latter to go Ghost Mode if he tries to attack, and if he's fast enough, he can kill Obito while's he's warping a clone away. Clones stop him from surprising anyone.

-Obito's only Mokuton feat on his own is making a small branch. Madara was chopping Shinju Branches much larger than that. Obito's Mokuton is fodder level here, and thus is a non factor. Inb4 someone brings feats of him and Spiral Zetsu. Spiral Zetsu is confirmed to boost the Mokuton of the person it's covering. Yamato shows this, and the Databook states this.

-Obito's Katon is just as large as Madara's, and Madara can absorb it with the Gunbai and redirect it. Or he can tank with a Ribcage.

-Obito's Kamui Weapons are fodder too. Gunbai blocks with ease. Or he can tank with a Ribcage.

-Izanagi only lets Obito prolong the battle, it doesn't let him actually defeat Madara.

-Uchiha Kaenjin gets fodderized by Susanoo.

Nice KG ,but you didn't mention anything about obito's teleportation
Obito can teleport behind madara inside his PS ,then warps madara away to the other dimension ,or just stab him with with muckton branch ,even if madara reacted ,obi to would phase through his counter attack ,and then catch his hand and warp him ,just like what obito did with minato ,but unlike minato madara hasn't ftg to escape
Ems madara hasn't wooden clones ,and wasn't showed to be a Shadow clone user ,not to mention that tobirama was the one who created the shadow clones jutsu and that would most likely be after ems madara's era

Madara 's only chance is attacking obito while teleporting himself ,and madara's chances won't increase even if we unrestricted the kiyubi ,more raw power change nothing against the intangibility

Madara doesn't need PS to defeat Obito, so that isn't happening.

Or EMS Madara blocks the spike with his Gunbai, and then fires Katon at him, meaning Obito can't touch him.
